Any shortage or damages found to your order must be reported by the end of the next business working day of receiving merchandise.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 3 working days of receiving merchandise.
Customer is responsible for all Shipping & Handling charges back to Ridelow.
All items returned which are not faulty will be subject to 15% restocking fee.
All sales of any non standard products including conversions are final, no returns.
All sales of orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom are final, no returns.
