The New York Noose Bicycle Lock (12 mm / 130 cm) - with EV series 4 disc lock is a high-security chain that has been tried and tested in the high theft areas of New York. Its long chain is versatile and easy to use and both its chain and lock defy bolt cutters, saws, hammers, and chisels. This lock is approved to Thatcham CAT3.
