Damanged Goods

If your item is delivered with signs of damage or tamper, please either sign for it as such or reject the delivery and notify us immediately. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.

Delivery Shortages

Any shortage or damages found to your order with the packaging intact must be reported within 14 working days of receiving the merchandise. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.

Returns

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 working days of receiving merchandise if the goods have been used and show clear signs of wear and tear.
