Make Us an Offer

Here at Ridelow, you can make us an offer for any bike we sell. It's really easy. Just follow the steps below, or contact us at sales@ridelow.co.uk or call us on 0161 831 9782 for assistance. 

How do I make an offer?

Simply go to a product and click the special offers tab, press on the "make an offer" button.. we will reply back to you shortly. Please refer to the image below to see where to locate the 'Make An Offer' button on a product page.

What happens next?

We will consider your offer and respond with an acceptance or counter offer. If we have an agreement, we will issue you a voucher code to redeem your agreed offer price.

How do I use my voucher?

When you proceed to checkout, there is an option to input a voucher code, type in your code and the product will be available for the price you agreed with us. It's that simple. 

Are there any restrictions on offers or voucher codes?

There are certain products that we are unable to accept offers on. In these cases, you will not see the 'Make an Offer' Button next to a product. We also don't accept offers for items that are already on special offer.

A voucher code can only be redeemed once and can not be used in conjunction with an application for finance as your payment preference.
Furthermore, voucher codes, once issued, will be set to expire after 48 hours.
